Marking

The object is marked with adhesive circular markers for those locations of interest. Single markers or combinations of markers can be used.

Recording

The prepared object is recorded freestyle by a digital photogrammetric camera from different directions.

Computation

Based upon the digital images, the TRITOP software automatically calculates the image-coordinates, the camera positions and the object-coordinates of the measuring points. The system is self-controlled and allows a statistical estimation of the measurement uncertainty.

Results

The 3D coordinates of the measuring points can be exported in typical standard formats or used directly in the ATOS software.
